Donation via Check:

We welcome your donation via personal check. If you would like to make your gift in honor of family or friends who have passed away, the Foundation will acknowledge your gift with kind words to the family. Please make your check payable to Southern California Hospice Foundation and enclose a note with the names and addresses of those you are honoring. You will promptly receive verification and a tax deduction acknowledgement in the mail.
