The Southern California Hospice Foundation was established in 2002 with a grand vision: open a Hospice House in Southern California that serves as a live-in facility for end-of-life care. Our caregivers created programs that are uniquely focused on making our vision a reality. As appreciation for life spreads, more and more people in this community and beyond are wearing the Southern California Hospice Foundation mark of compassion. Together, we will make a difference.

Who we are
In times of great emotional stress, families don't always agree. The birth of SCHF came from families feeling like they received a gift of physical, spiritual and emotional comfort that helped them reconnect.
