The Southern California Hospice Foundation was established in 2002 with a grand vision: open a Hospice House in Southern California that serves as a live-in facility for end-of-life care. Our caregivers created programs that are uniquely focused on making our vision a reality. As appreciation for life spreads, more and more people in this community and beyond are wearing the Southern California Hospice Foundation mark of compassion. Together, we will make a difference.

Who we are
With so many underserved individuals in our community who could benefit from the SCHF, our efforts remain inspired. Our hospice team provides support to those in need of services, from nurses and chaplains to social workers and drivers, even providing bereavement support to the family following their loss.
